Terms of Use for Bible Safari

Bible Safari (“the App,” “Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a mobile game developed and published by Kingdom Studios Productions.

These Terms of Use govern your downloading, access to, and use of Bible Safari, including its games, puzzles, trivia activities, virtual items, advertisements, In-App Purchases, and Explorer Pass subscriptions.

By installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using Bible Safari, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use Bible Safari only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are under the legal age required to accept these Terms in your country or region, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Bible Safari is family-friendly but is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

2. Bible Safari Services

Bible Safari provides Bible-themed entertainment and educational content, which may include:

  • Trivia activities

  • Connect puzzles

  • Scramble puzzles

  • XP progression

  • Coins and rewards

  • Lives and power-ups

  • Hints

  • Achievements

  • Optional premium features

  • Advertisements

The App is provided for entertainment and general educational purposes. It is not intended to provide professional religious, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts

Bible Safari does not currently require users to create a separate Bible Safari account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or password.

App progress and virtual items may be connected to a device identifier, platform player identifier, or locally stored game data.

Purchases and subscriptions are associated with the Apple Account or Google Account used to complete the transaction.

4. In-App Purchases

Bible Safari may offer optional In-App Purchases, including:

  • Virtual coins

  • Lives

  • Power-ups

  • Hints

  • Puzzle or feature unlocks

  • Explorer Pass subscriptions

  • Other digital content displayed inside the App

The applicable price is displayed in the App in the user’s localized currency before purchase confirmation.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Kingdom Studios Productions does not directly collect or store credit card or banking information.

All purchases are subject to the payment platform’s applicable terms, policies, billing rules, and refund procedures.

5. Explorer Pass Subscriptions

Bible Safari offers auto-renewable Explorer Pass subscription options.

5.1 Monthly Explorer Pass

The Monthly Explorer Pass has a subscription period of one month and renews monthly unless canceled.

5.2 Yearly Explorer Pass

The Yearly Explorer Pass has a subscription period of one year and renews yearly unless canceled.

5.3 Explorer Pass Benefits

Explorer Pass benefits may include:

  • Extra Lives

  • Daily Bonus Coins

  • 20% additional XP from eligible trivia activities

  • Extra Hints each day

  • Other premium benefits displayed on the subscription purchase screen

The subscription benefits available at the time of purchase will be displayed inside the App before the transaction is confirmed.

6. Subscription Payment and Automatic Renewal

Payment will be charged to the Apple Account or Google Account used to confirm the purchase.

Explorer Pass subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled before the renewal deadline established by the applicable platform.

For purchases made through Apple, the subscription generally renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting or uninstalling Bible Safari does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

The subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, unless otherwise required by the applicable platform or law.

7. Restore Purchases

Eligible active subscriptions and previously purchased non-consumable products may be restored through the Restore Purchases option inside Bible Safari.

You must use the same Apple Account originally used to make the purchase.

Consumable products, such as spent coins, lives, hints, or similar items, may not be restorable after they have been consumed.

8. Refunds

Purchases and subscription payments are processed by the platform through which the transaction was completed.

Refund requests must generally be submitted directly to Apple or Google and are governed by the applicable platform’s refund policies and local consumer-protection laws.

Kingdom Studios Productions cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed solely by Apple or Google unless the applicable platform provides a method allowing us to do so.

9. Virtual Items

Bible Safari may provide virtual items such as:

  • Coins

  • Lives

  • XP

  • Hints

  • Rewards

  • Power-ups

  • Achievement items

Virtual items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred between users

  • Cannot be sold or traded outside the App

  • Do not represent ownership of real property

  • Are licensed for use only within Bible Safari

We may reasonably adjust virtual-item availability, balancing, rewards, or functionality as part of maintaining and improving the Game.

10. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Bible Safari may use third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Unity Analytics

  • Apple App Store and StoreKit

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Play Billing

  • Crash-reporting and performance-monitoring services

These third-party providers may collect and process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction information, analytics, and performance data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Bible Safari for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly permits it

  • Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized rewards or premium access

  • Manipulate purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, XP, coins, lives, or progress

  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or cheats with the App

  • Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission

  • Interfere with the normal operation, security, servers, or services of the App

We may restrict access to Bible Safari when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Intellectual Property

Bible Safari and its original content, including its:

  • Software

  • Game mechanics and implementation

  • Artwork

  • Characters

  • User-interface designs

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Audio

  • Animations

  • Graphics

  • Branding

are owned by or licensed to Kingdom Studios Productions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Downloading or using Bible Safari does not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Bible Safari for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Bible quotations, translations, or third-party materials included in the App may be subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners or licensors.

13. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates to improve Bible Safari, correct errors, maintain compatibility, add functionality, address security concerns, or comply with platform requirements.

Some features may require an internet connection.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating-system version, country, or region.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App when reasonably necessary. Any changes affecting paid subscription services will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

14. Privacy

Your use of Bible Safari is also governed by the Bible Safari Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Kingdom Studios Productions and its service providers may collect, use, retain, and protect information associated with your use of the App.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bible Safari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All content will always be available

  • Every device will support every feature

  • Game progress or locally stored data will never be lost

  • Third-party services will always remain operational

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Studios Productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use Bible Safari

  • Loss of locally stored progress

  • Device incompatibility

  • Third-party services

  • Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control

  • Service interruptions

  • Virtual-item or gameplay changes

Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for Bible Safari during the period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Termination

You may stop using Bible Safari at any time by uninstalling it.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable Apple Account or Google Play account settings.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse, or a serious violation of these Terms.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred before termination.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

  • The App or its features change

  • Subscription services change

  • Legal requirements change

  • Platform requirements change

  • Third-party services change

The updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

19. Apple-Specific Terms

For Bible Safari downloaded through the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Kingdom Studios Productions, not Apple.

  • Kingdom Studios Productions, not Apple, is responsible for Bible Safari and its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims.

  • Kingdom Studios Productions is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving intellectual-property claims relating to Bible Safari.

  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to applicable United States government embargoes and are not listed on any applicable prohibited or restricted-party list.

  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Bible Safari.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable Apple-related provisions against you.

The license for the iOS version of Bible Safari is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license agreement has been provided through App Store Connect.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kingdom Studios Productions, without excluding mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the user’s country or region.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
