Privacy Policy for Bible Safari — iOS

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Bible Safari (“Bible Safari,” “the App,” “the Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a mobile game developed and published by Kingdom Studios Productions.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you download or use Bible Safari on an Apple device.

By downloading or using Bible Safari, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Bible Safari does not currently require users to create a separate account or provide their real name, email address, phone number, postal address, or password.

However, certain technical, gameplay, advertising, analytics, and purchase information may be collected automatically by the App or by third-party services integrated into it.

1.1 Device and Technical Information

  • Country or general region

  • Device identifiers

  • Vendor identifier or similar technical identifiers

  • Internet Protocol address

  • Network and connection information

  • Crash reports

This information helps us save or restore appropriate gameplay states, operate the Game, analyze performance, and improve the user experience.

1.3 Advertising Information

Bible Safari may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Depending on the user’s device settings, location, consent choices, and Apple tracking authorization status, AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as:

  • Advertising Identifier, also known as IDFA, when permitted

  • Device and technical identifiers

  • IP address

  • Approximate location inferred from IP address

  • App interaction information

  • Ad impressions

  • Ad clicks

  • Ad engagement

  • Advertising performance data

  • Fraud-prevention information

  • Consent and privacy preference information

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, device settings, user consent, and tracking authorization.

1.4 App Tracking Transparency

Where required, Bible Safari may display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or allowing tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

You may choose either:

  • Allow Tracking

  • Ask App Not to Track

If you do not allow tracking, Bible Safari may still display advertisements, but the advertisements may be less personalized. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from using the Game.

You may change tracking permission later through:

iPhone or iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

1.5 In-App Purchase and Subscription Information

Bible Safari offers optional In-App Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

These may include:

  • Monthly Explorer Pass

  • Yearly Explorer Pass

  • Connect Puzzle Unlock

  • Virtual items or other premium features

When you complete a purchase, Apple processes the payment.

Kingdom Studios Productions does not directly receive or store your full credit card number, banking information, or Apple Account password.

We may receive limited purchase-related information needed to verify and provide the purchased product, such as:

  • Product identifier

  • Transaction identifier

  • Purchase status

  • Subscription status

  • Subscription expiration or renewal status

  • Original transaction information

  • Storefront or country information

This information may be used to:

  • Confirm purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s terms, billing practices, and privacy policies.

1.6 Locally Stored Game Data

Some Bible Safari information may be stored locally on your device, including:

  • Game progress

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location, we may process information on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Your consent

  • Performance of a service requested by you

  • Our legitimate interest in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the App

  • Compliance with legal obligations

  • Protection of users, Kingdom Studios Productions, and third parties

  • Verification and fulfillment of purchases

Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw that consent through available in-app options, device settings, consent forms, or by contacting us.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Bible Safari uses or may use Google AdMob and related advertising technologies.

Users in certain countries or regions may be shown a consent form regarding:

  • Personalized advertising

  • Non-personalized advertising

  • Advertising cookies or local storage

  • Measurement and analytics

  • Use of device identifiers

Your available choices may depend on your country, age, device configuration, and applicable law.

You may also be able to manage advertising preferences through:

We use analytics information to understand how Bible Safari is used, identify problems, improve features, and maintain App stability.

Where required by law, analytics collection may be subject to consent or privacy controls.

6. Third-Party Services

Bible Safari may integrate services provided by third parties, including:

  • Apple App Store

  • Apple StoreKit and In-App Purchase

  • Google AdMob

  • Advertising and measurement partners used through AdMob

These third parties may collect, process, retain, or transfer information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Kingdom Studios Productions does not control every aspect of how third-party providers independently process information.

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Unity, and any other applicable service providers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Bible Safari is family-friendly but is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly request or collect a child’s real name, email address, telephone number, postal address, or other direct contact information through a Bible Safari account.

Parents or legal guardians should supervise children’s use of the App, advertisements, and In-App Purchases.

Where required, age-appropriate advertising settings, consent restrictions, or non-personalized advertising may be applied.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the email address provided below. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

8. Data Sharing

Information may be shared with:

  • Apple for purchases, subscriptions, distribution, fraud prevention, and platform services

  • Google for advertising, analytics, consent management, and diagnostics

  • Unity for analytics, technical services, and game functionality

  • Service providers that help operate, secure, analyze, or support the App

  • Government authorities or other parties where legally required

  • Professional advisers where reasonably necessary

  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of relevant business assets

We do not authorize third-party providers to use information for purposes outside the services they provide, except where they independently determine their processing purposes under their own policies.

9. International Data Transfers

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence.

Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, appropriate legal safeguards may be used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other approved transfer mechanisms.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate Bible Safari

  • Provide game features and purchases

  • Maintain subscription and transaction records

  • Resolve disputes

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Improve the App

  • Meet legal, accounting, tax, platform, or security obligations

Retention periods may vary depending on the information and the service provider processing it.

Locally stored progress may remain on the device until it is deleted, overwritten, reset, or the App is uninstalled.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention policies.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.

These measures may include:

  • Encrypted network communications

  • Restricted administrative access

  • Secure platform purchase processing

  • Access controls for analytics dashboards

  • Trusted third-party service providers

  • Object to certain processing

  • Withdraw consent

  • Opt out of personalized advertising

  • Opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising

  • Request information about categories of data collected or disclosed

  • Submit a complaint to a data-protection authority

You may also manage certain choices through:

  • Apple’s App Tracking Transparency settings

  • iOS privacy settings

  • In-app consent controls, where available

  • Advertising consent forms

  • Apple subscription settings

  • The “Restore Purchases” option inside Bible Safari

Because Bible Safari does not currently require a separate user account, we may not be able to identify data associated with a particular person unless sufficient transaction, device, or support information is provided.

We may need to verify a request before responding.

13. Deleting Data

You may remove locally stored Bible Safari information by deleting or resetting the App, subject to device backups and platform functionality.

Uninstalling the App:

  • Stops future collection directly through that installation

  • May delete locally stored progress

  • Does not automatically delete information already processed by analytics, advertising, or platform providers

  • Does not automatically cancel an Explorer Pass subscription

Subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple’s subscription settings.

To request deletion of information that Kingdom Studios Productions can reasonably identify and control, contact us using the details below.

14. Subscription and Purchase Management

Explorer Pass subscriptions are managed through Apple.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through:

iPhone or iPad Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

Deleting Bible Safari does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Eligible subscriptions and non-consumable purchases may be restored through the Restore Purchases option inside the App using the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.

15. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” or similar controls.

Bible Safari responds to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency status where applicable. Other “Do Not Track” signals may not apply to native mobile App activity in the same way that they apply to websites.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

  • Bible Safari features change

  • Our data practices change

  • Third-party services change

  • Platform requirements change

  • Legal or regulatory requirements change

The revised version will include a new “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, additional notice or consent may be provided before material changes take effect.
